Welcome to Unnecessary Errands Barber Studio — and thank you for taking a moment to learn more about the person behind the chair. My name is Rashund Hargrow, and this studio is the result of years of discipline, passion, creativity, and growth.

 

I was born and raised in Clayton County, Georgia, where Southern values, community, and hard work shaped the foundation of who I am. After high school, I spent 10 years proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that sharpened my discipline, attention to detail, and deep respect for people from all walks of life. Those years taught me how to lead with integrity, stay adaptable, and always keep a “glass half full” mindset — qualities I carry into my work every single day.

When I finished my service, I followed a passion I’d always had: helping people feel confident. I enrolled in Paul Mitchell School San Diego, where I refined my technical skill, creativity, and eye for precision. Through every sheer cut, fade, taper, beard sculpt, and straight-razor shave, I discovered something meaningful — barbering wasn’t just a trade for me. It was connection. It was artistry. It was a way to serve people in a new, personal way.

I’m a husband, a girl dad, a dog dad, a recreational athlete, a lover of music, and someone who believes in showing up for family, friends, and community. Mentoring others, giving back, and staying grounded in gratitude are central to who I am — and you’ll feel that the moment you sit in my chair.

Unnecessary Errands Barber Studio was created to offer more than just a haircut. I wanted to build a private, modern grooming space where men could relax, recharge, and walk out feeling better — mentally and physically. Every detail of the studio was chosen with intention: the lighting, the atmosphere, the layout, and even the chair. When you step inside, you’re stepping into a space designed to elevate not just your look, but your entire mood.

 

My commitment is simple:
Deliver consistent, high-quality grooming with professionalism, care, and intention.
